We went out to H Mart in Naperville for the first time on a shopping adventure....only to find our car wouldn't start. The starter was acting up and broke before we could head back home. We phoned Eddie and Sons towing. Within the promised hour, OSCAR came to our rescue.
He had to load up our car onto is flatbed, maneuvering our car out of the crowded parking lot. He towed us 15 miles to our mechanic and it couldn't have been better!. He was friendly, honest and forthright about the cost. I've put their number in my Contacts in case we should need another tow.

Extremely disappointed. Tow truck company tried to charge me for towing my car, stating that I was the one that set up the tow even though my insurance company had set it up. Had to speak to a manager who basically told me the same thing and then state he would call me back. Called a different manager, Corey, who stated it was a misunderstanding and that I don't need to pay anything as the tow truck driver was already starting to drive away with my car and never communicated it with me. Then, I found out the following day that the drop box was never used and that the dealership found my car in their lot with the key inside only after I had informed them that my car was towed there over night. Spoke with the tow truck company about this and how I was told the drop box would be used and he beat around the bush and didn't take my concern seriously. Very unhappy with this towing company. Would not recommend.
