DO NOT HIRE ED STAMARRA! He is a scam artist! He will quote you for a job and never show up! He damages equipment on pupose just to jack your bill up! PLEASE AVOID HIM! BEWARE! Many people have been screwed over by him check BBB!

Hired Ed to do a complete plumbing system, but all we ever got out of the deal was spent checks. After about a month of inactivity (he'd show up every now and again but did not work on anything), we were desperate to get the ball rolling and offered to pay him a few extra dollars to finish some of the excavation in the basement the next day. We left a check, he took the check and cashed it before noon but did no work. We fired him that evening and demanded our down-payment back. So far he has refused to accept certified mail from us and the BBB. Just for comparison, the plumber we hired after Ed finished the job in about a week without a hiccup. Buyer beware...

Would not reccommend this business to anyone. The job was never finished and Ed never showed up when he said he would. Ended up spending twice as much money to have someone else finish the job. Save yourself some time and aggravation and hire someone else.

Ed is professional, trustworthy and I've been calling on him for years for many plumbing issues. I own rental property and I have full confidence when I place a call to Ed. He takes care of the problem and my tenants love him. I highly recommend Ed Stamerra Plumbing.
