I bought a 2012 vw cc last Friday and went to have the oil changed there and they put the wrong oil in the car. The car calls for 5w40 fully synthetic for vw. It has a 2.o turbo gas engine. They put 5w40 fully synthetic for diesel trucks in it. Not happy! Will never do business with them again.

My car needed it's first oil change. I received an email for a free oil change, inspection and a car wash. All services were completed and I added a new set of wiper blades. I was in and out in no time.

Great Experience

Once I arrived at the dealership, I entered the main lobby not knowing where to leave my new Altima for service. I saw David Harris whom I had met at the sale of my Altima. David escorted me to the service dept. and introduced me to Melissa. Melissa was extremely polite and accommodating. She went to my car with me and noted all my questions, concerns and the limited time frame I had to stay. While my car was being serviced, I checked out the 2016 Maxima where I was greeted by Woody Wood. He was very polite and offered a test drive. Although, I declined he still showed me all the details of the new Maxima and offered me a complimentary breakfast bisquit. When my car was ready, I was greeted by Rufus who did an excellent job explaining how to care for the interior screen and glass. Rufus gave me the recommendations for products I had asked for and gave me tips on how to apply or use the products. He also discussed other methods of paint protection through "special applications" performed at the dealership. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism but yet "down to earth" and friendly service I received from Rufus and Melissa. Thanks to all and I'll look forward to my next visit.
