This shop sold my wife four new tires on Monday. One tire went flat on Tuesday. The tire was defective - it had a pinhole leak in the sidewall that could not have been caused by an accident. When I called to ask for a refund for the defective tire, the "gentleman" who answered the phone would not stand behind the product - A Zenna tire, which is rated for 55,000 miles. He ultimately behaved like a jerk and hung up on me. This shop does not understand customer service and should not be relied upon. Asking for a refund on a defective tire that last less than 24 hours is completely reasonable. The shops rude response is not. It's because of shops like this one that people generally do not trust auto repair shops. My interaction with E-Z Go has literally reinforced every negative stereotype about shady auto-mechanics. Seriously - just run a clean business, and don't act like a dirt-bag. How difficult is that.
