I am a Professional Real Estate investor with 14 personal properties and part of a group with over 100 homes. Dynamic Properties coordinates and schedules every aspect of the inspection. I just give him the contact information and he takes care of the rest. Upon completion, I get an electronic inspection report that includes pictures of the properties and any issues that need addressing. He also gives the builder a copy so that when I go to close, I just bring the inspection report with me for the final walkthrough and we are done. Very easy to work with and professional. All of my investors use Dynamic Properties for their inspecitons. He helps remove the "head-ache" factor.
