Contacted Dunrite Heating for a check up appointment on my furnace, I called back prior to the appointment to get some additional pricing. The woman answering the phone Friday morning 8:00am 03/02/2012 was incredibly rude and argumentative. Said I'd have to pay 80.00 for the check up (cleaning) and then an additional 75.00 an hour extra for converstation to do with anything wrong with the furnace. Called another company who said they would be happy to do the cleaning and if there were any problems they will quote me for repairs or services needed.



I would never recommend this company, all about ripping people off and being dishonest.

Kevin is great. He was very nice, explained everything. Of course its not cheap and if we had the time and a place to purchase parts we'd have done it ourselves for a lot less. We called at 4:30 pm and he was out here by 6-and no increase charges 'after hours'.

Professional, personable, knowledgeable

Chuck from Dunrite came to our home last week to light a pilot light for a pool heater. He had it up and running in no time. Last time he properly diagnosed a furnace problem and saved us at least $800. A previous company wanted to change a cracked circuit board. This would not have solved the problem and we would still have had to replace the gas regulator which was the true problem. I highly recommend Dunrite. It is peace of mind to have that level of confidence in any service provider.

i had an emergency and I called Dunrite. the owner came out personally and he was very nice. Fixed my furnace in an hour. i would highy recommend them
