Dunn's made us pay the full price up front for a tree removal that they never completed. The couple times they did come out (several months apart), they destroyed the yard, creating tire ruts, damaging our chain link fence, and leaving branches all over the yard. They said they were going to plant grass and fix everything, but never showed up again. Dunn's returned less than half the money we paid them for minimal work and refused to answer our calls, emails, and letters to resolve the situation. They are very unprofessional and left us with a huge mess in our yard. I found them to be very inexperienced in tree removal.

Very professional and a very friendly staff and very reasonable prices along with making my yard look great! Have been a client of theirs for 3 years now and am very pleased with their work.

Do NOT even consider using this lawn care service. The actual lawn care service is adequate but their billing practices are suspect. I was billed for more money than their price quotes. I tried to end the contract because I felt I was being scammed. Before you sign any contract with this company make sure they include a fee schedule in the contact. My contract did not have a fee schedule and my lawyer said they could legally charge whatever amount they wished.

I would highly reccomend using them. I was impressed with there interest in doing a very neat job.
