My oven wasn't working and I had family coming in town. Scott came the same day I called and repaired my oven. He was friendly, affordable and offered tips on how to prevent my issue going forward. He has been to my house several times since then and always provides great service, wouldn't trust anyone else!

Very very rude. Would not even try to give you a time frame to return when the part came in. I was wide open to any time but he would not even try to work with me. The day he was to have come he was to be here between 8 and noon. He was not here by noon. Would NEVER recommend this company. Would not even trust such a rude person in my home again.

Thank you Scott! Once again you have provided awesome service. My first experience with Scott was for a Sears washer repair. Once he knew the model of my washer, he advised me to replace the washer versus repairing it. Any repairman willing to sacrifice a repair job by being truthful will be my repairman for life. Scott also shared many tips on how to maximize the use of my appliances while saving me energy and money. I highly recommend him for any appliance job you have. He is prompt, professional, and nice.

Scott Wright(?) is a very rude person. I was trying to understand the charges and he cussed me then hung up the phone. There are too many nice, competent people to deal with someone of this nature/character.
