they are very unprofessional. I met the tow truck driver at the lot with my cash payment and my receipt showing that i had pad for my vehicle at 4:30 pm. I called them back because i had not received my vehicle and they stated that the impound lot would not clear the path so they could get my vehicle this is about 7:30 after my car had not been dropped off. I called the impound lot and they advised me they never tried to get the vehicle and the vehicle was not blocked. The attendent remember me from coming to get my items out of the car and he advised me the car was not blocked then. The tow truck driver left the lot as soon as i left instead of getting my car. Not only that I had to Sheriff department jackets that they stole out of my car because they were there before the car was towed. I was told lie after lie from the towing services company. I spoke with 2 diffrent people from the DTS and got lies from both. They said they would have the driver call me which he never did . I asked them to leave my paperwork and my money with the impound lot but of course they would not do that. I went to there location on thomas street and that bitch was a smart ass as well. I could understand if they had not taken my money and threw me on the back banner and i advised them before he picked my car up that i wanted another company to pick my car up due to the fact that they left my car after i met them there paid them cash money and gave them my receipt that were to unprofessional and they act as if they had not been paid. I am putting in compliants with everyone and get them off the impound list and police rotation they do not deserve our business with this funky ass attiutude
