Drainhelp.com came to the rescue when we had a choked off kitchen drain. They were the 2nd company we called and I wish they would have been the first. The company I called before them spent 6hrson my property (over the course of two days) to ultimately tell me I needed a $20k re-route. I told Ali (the head guy at Drainhelp.com) and he was at my house within an hour.

Within 15mins of being on my property, Ali had already finished hydrojetting the line from my kitchen to my bathroom (indicating that the previous company was trying to scam me out of $20k). After the hydro jet, we made plans for Francko (one of Ali’s best guys) to be at my house bright and early to replace the choked off kitchen drain for a good price.

Francko arrived early and was extremely personable. He has pride in his craftsmanship and it shows in the final product. He not only replaced the drain but he also fixed my stucco.

Thank you guys for the quick work to get my kitchen and dishwasher back up and running. I hope to not have any further plumbing issues, but y’all will be the first call if I do.

Appointment was made the same day we called. A thourough assessment was done by Ali, I assume the owner, Ali called his crew that day and the work was completed by the end of the next day. Noticed that part of the job had not been completed so called Ali who stated he would have his crew take care of it.
Very satisfied.
