After already having had two plumbers out earlier in the week, who not only didn’t fix the problem but scared the heck out of me by telling me I probably had a collapsed line and would need to have my basement floor dug up, Bob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my laundry room drain issue! I was so very thankful and relieved! I highly recommend Bob!

Hot water tank was leaking and tp valve needed to be replaced. Lowest est. I got was $375. One plumber told me I also needed a new expansion tank and pressure reducing valve for $750. Called Bob and told him what was going on, he came by and checked my expansion tank and my water pressure which were both fine. Changed my tp valve and saved me over $500 in less than 45 min. You won't find a more honest plumber in KC.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences when using Bob for drain and plumbing needs at my house in Prairie Village. He responds quickly and is fair in his pricing. Recently during the sale of that house, I was living in California and he maintained the same level of responsiveness and professionalism. Plus he’s a great guy to work with.

I called Drain Master out. Turns out we had a clog in the main line under the street. City got involved and they gave us 2 options: 1. ripping out the street, fixing the problem in the line, then replacing the street or 2. putting in a whole new line!! Bob with Drain Master said that sounded wrong to him so he came back out and worked for over 2 hours and got the clog out!!!! He is very honest, dependable, fair priced, and they have great customer service / follow-up with customers! Drain Master is the ONLY plumber I will recommend going forward!!!

Called Drain Master and explained needs/Bob had answers for all my questions about my plumbing problems! He came to my home and took care of all my plumbing issues and was very reasonably priced. I have been using Drainmaster since I moved to Kansas City several years ago. They are honest, dependable and I feel give me a fair price. They have come over on night and weekends several times. This is the only plumbing company I will use.

They returned my call immediately after I left a message. they were very responsive even during a late evening call, which I did not expect someone to come out until the next day or after. Drain Master did an excellent for me. They were very responsive to my call. They cleaned up after themselves, did not track into the house. They are affordable and were not pushy. Drain Master is knowledgable about various plumbing issues-I used for bath, tub, sink.
