I had an early morning emergency with my Dishwasher (we named the machine Pedro) and Dennis came right on out without hesitation and handled Pedro with Care (Pedro is on his last leg). He made the repairs swiftly and didn't pressure me into getting a new Pedro (even though it's obvious Pedro doesn't have much time left). The repairs were Fast and he even charged me less than the quoted price.
