Dependable, Flexible and Educated

Lenin has been my trainer for 4 months now; and I have really seen results with him! I’ve lost 35 pounds and toned my whole body. I’m so happy with him, he works with your schedule and really flexible if you need to change your time around. He’s very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and you leave your workout feeling like every muscle in your body has been stretched and tightened. I think as a woman it’s important to find the right trainer, and Lenin is just a nice guy. Also – he comes to your gym, you don’t even have to leave your building!!!
