These are the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever done business with. Complete low life con artists. If you ever do business with them you will regret it forever.

Doug's Tree Service was awesome! Best price by far. We had 4 large sycamore trees that were in desparate need of pruning. They came out and removed all the dead wood and just made the trees look super healthy without butchering them. They look healthy again!

Got a bid for tree removal, the stump and grinding of the roots. They took the tree out while damaging my retaining wall. Did not cut the tree stump close to the ground (initially did not worry since I thought they were coming back to take care of the stump and roots. But, no - after a half-dozen voice mail messages to schedule... I am left with a larger stump than I should have had, which means I will be paying someone else to cut the stump where it should have been before the remainder can be removed. For such a quality rating with the BBB, I am surprised at the lack of customer service and professionalism with a company that has been around as long as they claim.

Not sure how you stay in business if you don't call potential clients back. I didn't have to leave you a voice mail, could have moved on to another company to spend my money with... wait, I already have.
