These guys are WONDERFUL!!!



I like to think on myself as pretty technically savvy but I ran into a mess with a virus and some networking problems that I couldn't fix myself. I shot them an email and they got back with me right away. They spoke with me briefly about my problem and scheduled a time to come to me to check it out. I got their 50% off diagnostics (which they credit the value towards work done) and ended up having them do all the work for me. They charged flat rates depending on the job and not hourly (thank god). They also informed me of how I can prevent having it happen again which was great.



And they are a "green" company : ) Fits right into Ann Arbor! If you need to get your stuff fixed or get a new computer: these are the guys to see!
