Had specific hardware that was required per plans. Called Doortek and talked with Rod Plett. he was very knowledgable about hardware. He was also very blunt and to the point. The order came in sooner then the lead time and was installed by Doortek.

I must say the cut to the chase was worth working with Rod. He is a no nonsense person who did everything he said he would do for less money with shorter lead times.

I highly recommend Doortek and Rod Plett to whoever needs commercial doors, frames and hardware.
