At 72 years of age I was debating about replacing my Five Star Professional Unit of 30 years with a similar pro unit design . To Rob Sobek I explained my needs and concerns and he accommodate them in a .professional and informative manner. He went about making and executing all our needs for the purchase. Upon delivery we were greeted by Bill Smith and his crew. On all accounts their service and delivery was very well executed. We especially appreciated Bills talents in being able to reconfigure some cabinetry. We had to have some adjustment to our unit after the installation and a gentleman by the name of Scott, in repairs, was very accommodating. Then there is Chef Anthony! He has been exceptionally accommodating and helpful in getting this aging dino to fully comprehend the benefits of owning a Jennair Pro and Jennair Wall Steam Oven. Several calls and texts to him have provided a wealth of information. Jennifer, Jessica and Amy were great at expediting some requests.
