I've been with this company for 25 years I've driven with the mom I've driven with all the drivers and the owner I've never had a problem always been respected and I've never missed a ride if if I have and it's been my fault they have come back and picks me up I would recommend them to anyone I've been with other companies that have been extremely disrespectful late or never even take me out this company always does7th

I dont use these guys and probably never will after seeing the driver in this jalopy of a minivan throw his trash out the window into the streets of Westford today. Plate # 6992

I've driven with many companies and this is the worst
I do not like to complain but
They are extremely late constantly and I have obligations I need to be on time for
They were an hour late a few days ago
I called and got the run around He told me the driver would be there in a few minutes
a half hour later I'm still waiting I had to be back for work
He said ok I'll call the driver and check and have him call you a half hour later I was still waiting
I had to take an Uber and I made nothing that day at work because it all went to paying Uber If the owner had called me earlier and was honest I could have gotten a ride with my boyfriend before he left for work
Also the driver that called me back said it was "not his problem"! and hung up on me
I left a patient respectful message with the owner about these issues
The next time they were only 30 min late but the van was UNSAFE
1.)The sliding doors are very difficult to get open you have to press the button a special way with your thumb and pull hard to get it open ...not good for a lot of people who may not have the strength or would panic if their was an emergency and we have to mess around with the doors to get out...it's a fire hazard
2.)Also the shocks are blown out so we bottom out very hard and slam down with a crash over every bump
3.)The smell of the wet filthy rugs is so bad we had to drive with the windows half down
4.)The roof leaked when it rained to the filthy cloth seats were wet and I had to sit on it and my butt was soaked
There is soooo much more I could say many more valide complaints but it'll take too long
If you can get another company I would or hopefully you'll luck out and catch them on a good day

Worst service ever not only were they 2 hours late they came in a broke down blue van that doesn't even seem like it's supposed to be on the road the driver was a very old man hard at hearing and seeing the driving was awful then to top it off was supposed to wait for me and took off and took forever to pick back up this so called company shouldn't even be allowed to operate...they don't get any damn stars from me it's just the only way I can leave a review

This transportation company is frightening! They are NEVER on time. If you complain to the female driver (Tara) she'll go out of her way to make fun of you. This company picks up and transports medical clients. They have a blue van that is in such unsafe condition I'm shocked it passes inspection! This particular van had a bungy(sp) cord attached from the front door to the back passenger door to keep it closed. I've seen this van with more passengers than its legally allowed. Shocked isn't the word when I saw a young girl maybe 10-12 yeasts old being forced to sit on another clients lap because they're was no room!! When confronted about it the driver said she was running behind and she'd get untrouble if she ran late. The driver as well as the passengers smoke...bad,bad company. Better yet...this company picks up mass health clients. So yeah, this is where our tax dollars go. This company needs to be investigated by the Massachusetts D.O.T!!

I actually never drove with this company. I have experienced this company though and have seen these drivers pull some insaine maneuvers on the road! So now I'm implored to say something. I normally never do this. Ranting and going off like this. But this company is awful. It makes my stomach turn that there a limousine service. I mostly see this blue van. A rickety old thing, with mailbox letters spelling Donahue on the back. I drove behind this guy for basically 60 seconds the other day and saw the guy pull five major illegal driving operations. And that's not nearly the first time I have seen this done. These people are a danger to law-abiding citizens on the road, and the customers they pick up. I have no idea how this people are still in business. It's scary. I seriously can't believe this company is actually a limousine service driving actual human beings from place to place like that. All it will take is one major accident they will cause but why does it have to go that far.

If you don't mind being driven by road rage type personalities then you'll love this company, especially when the female driver starts screaming obscenities the F word is her favorite to scream out the window at other passing cars. What a "GREAT" marketing scheme! ����

The WORST vans rickety unsafe and falling apart also never showed up for a scheduled pick up time after I called them four different times they finally said it would be another half an hour they did not call me until they were an hour and a half late the driver then downplayed the importance of my scheduled pick up time and acted non affected when I told her I had to walk but I still needed a ride home I am currently still waiting to be picked up I was told 25 minutes ago she would be here in ten minutes after all I have only been waiting since 9 am and it is now 11:26 yellow pages wants me to select a rating but they don't give the option of negative stars so I am giving it a one star rating only so I can post this and hopefully save other people from missing their appointment

Worst shuttle system to and from Logan. Vans are falling apart can't even close window. Charge way too much money for such a lousy ride to and from Logan. You can pay same for a fancy limousine service. Do yourself a favor Never use this service gone way down awful service. We will never use them again.
