Worst company to deal with I waited 2 hours and they never got there then I called them and claimed they never received paper work and on top of that they were rude and didn't care about customer. Please don't use them waste of time.

Dolphin Towing is an incompetent, unprofessional disgraceful excuse for a business. The service is atrocious. It's really hard to accurately describe the level of incompetence Thats associated with this place. Avoid Dolphin Towing at all costs!

Dolphin Towing and Recovery has never been within a half hour of the time they claim to arrive on any of the four occasions I've used them for. The last time they towed my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T they dropped it off at the dealership with the front bumper hanging off and missing the grille. Not only did the severely damage my car, they didn't report it to anyone and just left it in the parking lot damaged and had the nerve to bill my warranty company for the service. I highly recommend you avoid using this towing company.
