The office on Hoffmeyer Road is great. Love the online check in and the Drs are always thorough and professional. I always use this office when I need quick care.

Very clean,the facility staff members were helpful and all was done in a timely manner my experience was exceptional. I'm sure anyone whom visits this facility will feel the same !

I ended up having to go to this urgent care twice in one week, once for allergic reaction and 2nd for fracture ankle. I saw the Dr on my 1st visit, he was very kind and he listened to my needs. Because I've been in the allergic reaction situation before I was able to tell him what worked before and he listened, I liked that. My 2nd time I saw the PA who is always pleasant when I see her. I felt she did a really good job with helping to minimize my pain. My X-rays didn't show anything more than a possible bad sprang, but she did send them off to find it had been fractured. The wonderful MA called me the next day and had me come in for a splint. The nurse was also kind enough to make my Dr appt for me. Doctor's Care is always my first stop before the ER. The online check-in is amazing. My wait haven't been more than 5 mins using that system. Great office and Great staff!!!

Oh my!!!! Last thursday took my 3 year old into Doctors Care, right off Hoffmeyer, At first all was well, My son had hurt is arm, I went inside first to make sure they took my insurance, yea not a problem, having waiting a long 45 min to see a Dr... I was told he was at another office & there Nurse Practioner was there, After he came and view my childs arm, He Couldnt move it because my Child was in so much pain!!! He didnt want to do a x-ray because he felt he would put my child in more PAIN, he diganoise my son with a DISLOCATED ARM!!! The Nurse advice me to go to Mcleod ER!!, After preceeding to check out the nurse, put my son in a cloth Sling, so I go and check out & was told my insurance will no cover my supplies & they wanted to CHARGE me $79.00 for as nonnamed Brand SLING!!! I refuse to pay & took it off my son & gave it back,, They actually haved the nerve to tell me that they would REPORT me to the local DSS, because I went against the Nurse, & I'm putting my son in RISK!!! Went to Mcleod ER, took X-RAYS, & NOTHING was wrong w/ my son! & the Mcleod Sling was Free my insurance covered it...& there was no DISLOCATION at all he was FINE!!!! It was a waste of time & they were Ruse at the end because I dint want to pay the money for that darn sling!!! Will not go there again & I'm spreading the WORD!!!!! Should have went to URGENT CARE which is Mcleod on Palmetto Street!
