I called a few plumbers on a Sunday leaving messages asking for service on Monday morning for a broken main water pipe. Ken called at 7:37 Monday morning and had everything fixed and he was on his way to next job before 9:30. He was very nice, professional and I so appreciate someone that calls back promptly which isn't something that happens too often in Roseburg Oregon.

I had a broken main water pipe. I called on a Sunday and they called at 7:37 Monday morning. 2 hours later he was done and I am still waiting for the other plumbers I called on Sunday to call me back. Ken was fast, friendly, and provided excellent service!

These people are absolutely worthless. They didn't show to a scheduled appointment nor would return a follow up call.

These plumbers couldn't even show up to a scheduled appointment nor return the call when we telephoned to see where they were. Totally unprofessional flakes!

They are absolute flakes! So, we needed a pipe repaired. I called them and left message and got no response. I called again and got someone, and they said they couldn't get out until Wednesday of the following week. They couldn't give me a time on that day, but said they'd call when they were on their way. So I take an entire day off work, stay home, and wait all day long for a call or visit. Guess what? No call, no show, and a message I left was not returned. This is absolutely beyond unprofessional!

They showed up two hours and forty minutes late. They did not call and let us know they would be late. Have a generally crappy attitude about them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We own a business and have used djs quite frequently over the past 6 years. Im the type of person that doesnt like to write bad reviews on anyone but the experience this last time left me no choice but to write one. We have never had a problem until now. We had a broken water line off of our water meter so we dug up the line and called djs plumbing. The came out about an hour later. The guy had an attitude like he knew everything and everyone else were idiots. He had to run back to his shop for parts. He got back and started working on it. The guy kept saying that he should have been off an hour ago and he still had 4 jobs to go to. My dad went to get a pressure regulator. The guy installed it and left leaving a bill. We go to turn the bater back on and the building still had no water. We get to looking at his job that he completed and find that he put the regulator backwards. His attitude seemed like everything else besides his job was more important. He said in quote," I am supposed to be off but i still have four jobs to do!" we call djs back and told them that the plumber installed it backwards. They sent the same guy out. Except he wasnt in his work truck. He was dressed to go out or something. There is one thing that i hate most is someone that lies to you about their job. He fixed his mistake. The best part is that the next morning it was still leaking. We had to fix it ourselves. We were charged for fixing it ourselves. Now who is the real idiot. Djs plumbing let go the real plumbers of their business and kept the ones that arent. I hope you enjoyed my review. Have a fantastic day!!!!!!!
