I called Don on the phone to help me with a Yard Machine self propelled mower. I explained the problem and he diagnosed it right on the phone. I was skeptical, how does he know it need that part before even seeing it?

Well, I took it in anyway after I was frustrated by other service location who either did not work on anything they did not sell, or I had to wait a week or two. Don was there upfront by his house. He works from his garage. Again not a good thing. But he knows his stuff, He can tell you the part number for what ever model mower you have. He has worked for Briggs & Straton for 30 years and he is GOOD.

2 days later the machine was working and I was out $66 dollars. He tuned it, cleaned, changed the oil and replaced the broken parts he even secured the top and other covers that were lose and rattling. The machine works great. I don’t think I could have found a better place to fix my lawn mower.

My husband and I were in town while my son and daughter-in-law were in the hospital having our first grandchild. While we were here we were taking care of the house. My husband was frustrated for 3 days trying to start the lawnmower and get the grass cut. I found this gentleman on the internet under YellowPages.com. He talked to my husband over the phone about the mower. We found out the gas had water in it and the mower started right up with fresh gas. Thank you, thank you! He didn't have to be so free with his information but he was. There should be more people like this gentleman.
