please people, dont use this guy. This was the worst cleaning company i have ever used. Most of my spots were never cleaned right because the cleaner named Damon said that they were too set in. I wouldn't have called him if I thought they weren'nt going to come clean. This Damon guy was also rude and wouldn't give me a discount for what he didn't do. DO NOT use this guy by any means.

I cannot speak for their cleaning as they never bothered to show up! But as to their claim for customer service, read on: Made at least FOUR 'appointments' for someone to come out and give me an estimate for tile cleaning-no one ever showed up. First appointment, the owner's brother was swamped and asked if he could come the next business day-I agreed. The second appointment, I got a call that the van broke down, didn't know how long it would take to get towed, repaired, whatever. I said no problem, let's make it tomorrow, I still have time to get the work done. "Tomorrow" came and went - no call, no one showed up. I called the following day, the owner promised someone would be out (I explained I had to run to the store, be back in an hour.) There was no phone call, no note on my door that an attempt had been made-nothing. Now I am desperate-I have 3 days until my company arrives. I call the owner...and get connected to his voicemail; apparently he is no longer taking my calls. I left him a message, telling him no one called/showed up. I received no call back, no apology, nothing. Not even the courtesy of a phone call! Owner was out-of-town, but that doesn't excuse the total lack of service. Owner understood my circumstances/deadline I was under and promised me the moon. He was so sincere, I took him at his word and did not try to engage another company until it was too late - my fault. So I ended up NOT having my tile cleaned before my guests arrived. Sorry to say the lack of regard for this customer, ZERO customer service as far as I'm, concerned, reflects 100% badly for this company! May be they do terrific work - once you get them to your house, but I haven't a clue. All I know is I had a little over a week to have work done, I contacted Dirt Busters, was promised they could and WOULD get the job done at a very competitive cost...and all I ended up with were empty promises and a messed-up floor. THX for NOTHING, Damon & Dirt Busters!!!

Came out did a free estimate, prices were so reasonable with awesome discount, so got my carpet cleaned the same day. I recommend to anyone looking for a good carpet clean and tile cleaning. Well wow another review when they do my vent cleaning.. Thank you Dirt Busters !!!!
