When I called they act as if they didn't need my business. If it's 8:30 a.m. you souldn't be tired when you answer the phone.

I have been using Dial One to repair my appliances since Katrina. They have been out to repair my refrigerator, my washer, dryer and dishwasher. I have only good things to say about them. I have met several of the technicians, all who are very professional and kind. They are always able to make it out right away, and always efficiently finish the repair. I find their prices to be very fair. I wouldn't even think of calling out a different company, because I know I can trust this company.

We called to have our refrigerator fixed and they never did show up or call on the day we wanted. Then the man showed up 2 days later and he was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He told me he would have to come back with a part. After we called for 3 weeks, we gave up and called someone else.
