This was the smallest window treatment job I've ever ordered but Billy always made me feel like I was their best customer. The product I chose is top quality, looks better than I had hoped, and is highly functional. I have no reason to go anywhere else for comparison on any level for my future purchases. My wife and I have been shopping around for window treatments in our new home here in Palm Desert, and our neighbors referred us to Desert Window Creations. We called and made an appointment with Billy and he was an absolute gentleman. Very informative and he brought the samples right to our home. We chose the Hunter Douglas products and compared to other window treatment stores in the area, desert window creations was able to under price the others by FAR!
