We stopped to have repairs on our motor home.
The time of 1.5 hours was our estimate for the needed repairs. However six hours later the job was complete. They had no facility for waiting. We were told we could sit in two chairs outside. Those chairs were completely covered in bird droppings.
We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Desert Truck was awesome and always a pleasure to service my vehicles there! The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. If you want an honest assessment and cost of repairs with no pressure for upsell on useless services look no futher. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to Friends/Family.

The service here is terrible! The owner and technicians at Desert Truck Service are dismissive and rude when you attempt to get your issue addressed. We were stranded in their parking lot for days and the technicians continued to tell us that they would look at our RV when and if they had time. After the 4th day of being stranded in their parking lot, we paid to be towed to a different repair shop where they fixed our issue that same day! Avoid this business! They will not lift a finger to help you!

Having the word "service" in the company name is a joke. We had a simple problem - blown air suspension airbag. We waiting in their parking lot for 4 days and they still hadn't even bothered to look at the problem to see if they needed to order anything. We finally gave up and had our RV towed to another shop. You'll save time and money having your vehicle towed somewhere else, even if it's farther away!
