Absolutely the worst company owner I have ever known. Please know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to "locate" a slab leak. They can confirm a leak. They can locate pipes but it is IMPOSSIBLE to "pinpoint" the leak. "Dr" Roy Cryer is a nasty, mean, obnoxious person. Check out Tarrant County Courts website and see how many times he has been sued and how many different company names he has operated under. It's no wonder he's been married 4 times, there isn't a woman alive who could stand that man. He is just awful. He will be sweet as pie initially but as soon as you have a problem or concern it's Jekyll and Hyde.

i had a foundation leak in my home and called Delta 1 plumbing out. The arrived there bright and early as promised and immediately went to work locating my slab leak. Once it was pinpointed they gave me my cost to repair and were ready to begin work right then.

I have to say, i was worried about the damage to my house but the crew Delta sent out covered the work area with plastic, made the smallest entry hole possible, and had it complete that same day. They came back the next day to do the cover up after the city inspection and it is as if there had been no problem ever!

I highly reccomend Delta ! Plumbing!

I called Delta 1 Plumbing based ont he reviews here in YellowPages.com. I had a water leak under my driveway that I needed repaired.

I called Delta 1 (D1) and asked for a plumber to come out. After two days of calling, they sent a crew of "technicians" to my house in the evening. They told me it would cost $285 per hour to find the leak. When I asked how long locating normally takes, they said less than an hour usually. Well, after 2.5 hours their equipment broke and they still hadn't located he leak. They then charged me for two hours of service! $590 for NOT FINDING MY LEAK!

The lead technician then told me that all they could do is replace the entire line from the meter to my house at the ridiculous cost of $5000. I told them "no, thanks!"

The next day I called Pro Plumbing in Lewisville who came out and located the leak in an hour. They used a separate service that charged a flat fee of $225 to find the leak. Learn from my dumb mistake: do not pay for an hourly 'locator service'.

Also, Pro Plumbing replaced my entire line (like D1 suggested) at the cost of $2700. Almost half what D1 wanted to charge. I recommend Pro Plumbing to everyone.

And don't use Delta 1 Plumbing for anything. I know I never will again.

Based upon the privious reviews, I called Delta 1 instead of my usual plumber. We had wet carpet around one toilet and I was concerned about a slab leak, another toilet would not either flush or refill without manual help each flush. Maybe our job was not big enough for Delta 1



On the plus side, the plumber arrived on time, was very polite and explained the expected cost of repairs (nearly $500) once he looked over the problems. I was encouraged to but a new toilet for replacement the next day, but this was just not a possibility. I authorized the repairs. About an hour after the first plumber left, I realized the toilet still would not flush and now the carpet around this toilet was soaked. I immediately called Delta 1 and was reassured to learn that another plumber would be sent right out at no charge. The second plumber spent two hours correctly repairing the non-flushing toilet. I set up fans and the carpet dried up



I do not mind paying top dollar for a job well done, but Delta spent way too much of their time and mine to make up for a poor job in the first place. They clearly have plumbers of varying skills, if I ever call them again I will certainly specify service by plumber number 2 by name. i had a problem in the middle of the night and called several companies and everyone said that they couldn't get out until the next day what is 24/7 servicce if you cant come out in the middle of the night i finally called delta 1 and talked to rick and he came out at 3am and found the leak at my shower and promptly fixed it and didn't charge me an unreasonable amount thanks guys this is the begining of a great friendship

delta 1 was very prompt in getting to my slab leak the technicians were very profesional they put my wifes mind at ease plus the lifetime guarantee on the repair really made me happy thanks alot guys keep up the good work i will definently use you again
