Called these guys when broken down they were the cheapest ones I called and the truck was there in a pretty short amount of time. I would recomend these guys to everyone! The drivers are very courteous and profesional as well.

I dont know what these other 2 are talking about. I have used Dean's for years and have always gotten the best service and the fastest service around. They have always gotten to me quickly and have always been helpfull in getting me to where I needed to go for the best service. I will not depend on anyone else for my needs in the towing services. These guys are always courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. As far as their pricing is concerned I dont see where they are any different than other companies in the area. I have actually called around to the different companys checking prices before and Dean's was either the same or cheaper than the others around his area. Sounds to me like the first guy was a cheap scape who wanted something for nothing and the other well... just cheap and holding a grudge for something. As far as I am concerned Dean's and his guys are top notch!! Thanks Guys!!

Crook is the only word I can think of calling this business!!! My son broke down in the middle of the night and called them because they were AAA recommended.....BIG MISTAKE!!!! They charged us almost $500 to get his truck back and would not come down on the $150 "storage fee" or the $100 "diagnostic fee" that ONLY included opening hood and checking oil. They asked us to send them the truck title AT LEAST 10 times if we didn't want to pay $500 charge!!! They only accepted CASH and wouldn't take any credit card. After we paid them the owner put the CASH straight in his pocket!!!

Bigger crooks you will not find!!! They charge 3 and 4 times more than any other wrecker service in the county. They're all about price gouging and God forbid they get their claws on your vehicle and you want it back, Dean will come up with every excuse to keep it so he can continue padding his pocket with YOUR $$. I've known them for years -unfortunately- and he only gets worse with time. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!
