I wanted to thank Dean Carpet Installations for their amazing job. We had a single room where we needed to have the carpet stretched. We called around to many different places but none were interested in accepting the job because it was too small. We were able to get hold of Dean and he secluded a visit for the very next morning. He came by to give us just an estimate, but when he got there he was able to actually stretch the carpet there and then, should we have wanted him to. No fuss or wasted time. In a very short period of time that very morning, he and his wife were able to complete the job. The room looks amazing. The carpet is stretched and looks as new. There were no mishaps or damage to the carpet or walls. We are very pleased with the quality, customer service and professionalism that Dean displayed when completing the job. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional grade carpet installer at a very affordable price.

I contacted Dean for an estimate on installing a carpet in our new TV room. His cost was very reasonable and we were very fortunate to get the next day installation as we needed it installed ASAP. They arrived on the exact time that was scheduled and worked in a very professional manor. I felt very good about the way Dean and his wife Mary worked as a team. They certainly take pride in their work and it showed. Clean up was amazing. His wife vacuumed after the carpet was installed, and you wouldn't know that they had been there at all. We are so happy with the quality of their work that we are going to have them replace the carpet in our master bedroom as well as all our future carpet installation business. I really was happy that all the work was done by Dean personally with help from his wife. The service that we received was nothing less than outstanding. Dean and his wife Mary were very friendly and polite. We would highly recommend them for any carpet installation job you needed done.

I found Dean's Carpet in the community newspaper, I needed very old carpet replaced in my mother's home I am selling. I meet with Dean, picked the carpet and all was done within days. The cost was so resonable and service received was top notch. I will be telling all who will listen they can't go wrong by using Dean's Carpet Installations.

I called 3 places for estimates and Dean called me back first within 10 minutes! He then made an appointment to come out the next day. His estimate was fair, the carpet is Mohawk quality, and he had many choices. He was up front about how everything would be done, no subcontractors (yay!), the work is done in a great time frame, and locally. When he arrived to do the work, he was efficient, polite, cleaned up the areas, and I even had him do some extra work upstairs to restretch our living room and it turned out fantastic. I would recommend this business to anyone needing carpet installation and I've been handing out his cards to everyone I can think of! I support local, small business and Dean's is a winner in my book!

From the home visit and quote to picking up after carpet installation was complete, Dean was a gentleman I can recommend without reservation. He was priced competitively and provided the kind of personal service we really appreciate with no subcontractors. He and wife Mary are top notch and we will recommend to all our friends.

Recently I had another carpet installer (Letourneau Carpets) come out to stretch my carpet. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. They damaged a wall, baseboard, and my hardwood floors. I repaired the wall and baseboard, but still wasn’t happy with the way the carpet looked where it met the hardwood floor, or where they patched a hole with a glue gun. When I called LeTourneau Carpets about my concerns they said they would call me when they were in the area, and stop by to take a look at the issues -- they never called. I didn’t realize the damage they did to my hardwood floors until I contracted Dean’s carpets to repair the other items.



Dean came out right away and provided a very competitive estimate to repair the two items above and to re-stretch the carpet in several rooms not properly done by the previous contractor. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision and was very upfront on what needed to be done to make the repairs. He suggested the carpet should be turned-and-tacked where it met the hardwood floor and the other contractor should have used this technique.



When he came out to do the actual repairs he was very careful as he worked in every room of the house not to damage things, and cleaned-up any mess created before moving on to the next room. He pulled a small portion of the carpet and demonstrated how the turn-and-tack method would look before pulling everything up. The glue-gun patch was replaced with a very nicely seamed square which is impossible to see to the average user.



After my disappointing experience, Dean has restored my faith in carpet contractors and will receive all my future business!

I was looking to have carpeting installed and a friend recommended Dean's Carpet Installations. I don't know about you but my friends don't always give me good advise. I decided to take a chance. BEST CHANCE I have taken. I was very impressed. The fact that they scheduled me promptly, Arrived on time, Worked in a very professional manor. I am concidered a extremely fussy person. I felt very good about the way they worked. Clean up was Amazing. You did not know the work had just been completed. I didn't have to pick up after them at all. . About a year before I had dean's installers come in I had a carpet installer come to give me a quote on stretching my family room carpet. He said it could not be stretched. I asked Dean's company while they were here if it could be done and they said yes. They returned a few weeks later. Looks brand new. I am so happy with there work that I am going to have them Replace the carpet in my Travel trailer in spring of 2011. Thank you for a job well done.

Dean and his team are very professional and strive to provide his customers with excellent quality work.Always leaving the job site picked up and clean. Dean is friendly and polite. We would highly recommand him for any carpet job you needed done.

We needed carpeting in the dining room area of our home and not only did Dean do a great job but it didn't him take long either. He makes the job look so easy! The carpeting still holds strong. The seams are great and the carpet never needed re-stretching and it has been in the house for 7 years.

We also hired him for a re-stretching job in another unit. One of my family members hired him for multiple rooms and again ...great work!

I would refer him to others. I also noticed that no job is too small or too big!

We hired Dean's carpet installations to replace 250 yds. of carpet as well as repair some other areas of carpet that were not being replaced.Dean and his crew were always on time,extremely polite and kept the job site clean and orderly.They completed the job on time as agreed.our carpet looks fantastic! also the repairs that were made to our existing carpet were invisible.in conclusion, dean's carpet installations provides expert service that is far above others i have experienced in the past. I hired Mr. Hartley to install carpets in my basement rec. room back in 2008. The morning of the install, Dean showed up at the time agreed upon with all the materials needed to complete the job. I left for work and let him do the task at hand which was to install 600 square feet of carpet and to carpet the stairs leading down to the rec area. When I arrived home from work 7 hrs. later, Dean had already left for the day. I was pleasantly suprised when I went down to check on his progress and saw the job was not only complete but also cleaned up with no sign of him even being there. I was so pleased with his professionalism and work ethic that I have exclusively reffered him to everyone I new looking for carpet work. If there is any other way I could convince someone with questions on Dean Hartleys work all I can add is he will be worth your time.
