do not use this company, they schedule appointments and never show, very unprofessional and rude on the phone also

The worst place I have ever called for service. After scheduling an appointment, taking off work and waiting for them to show up between the scheduled appointment time of between 9 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., I finally called them at 11:30 a.m. to see where their technician was. I was told that none of their technicians wanted to do the job so they would not be there at all. I asked why I was not called and given that information so I could schedule with another company, she said it says that they left you a voice mail (no they had not) I informed her I had no voice mail and that they should have followed up to see that I received the message. Her attitude was that she did not care and too bad for me. No need for my name because she knows exactly who I am. I just talked to her on June 5th, 2013.
