I used them back in June for a busted water main, now I have a slow leak in a different spot in the same water main, I called them yesterday to come out today, I was quoted 1pm or so, and also promised a phone call earlier to let me know of a more for sure time. So 2pm comes around today, I call them, they remember me, and say they are to busy and had no answer for not calling me, when I asked them "so are you telling me I should look at getting another plumber??" the reply I got was "yes"

How they are still in business with an attitude like this baffles me! Don't use them if you wanted to be treated like a human being instead of an interruption!
