My Sons car and apartment were broken into and they stole his spare key. I called them to replace the FOB and re-key the car. Cost $200, have new key but the old FOB still works!!!!!!!! Asked them what good that does. Their response, "Well, yes whoever stole the key can still get into the car, but at least they cant steal it!!!!!! I guess there was a misunderstanding." Beware, complete ripoff company, do not use.

BACK AWAY FROM THE BUILDING in my opinion these ppl are so unprofessional!!! They dnt honor their quotes they make you wait all day while your car is finished without calling you to pick up your car you have to call them their excuse is they are busy and will only call you if they have time or get a break the prices are crazy high too.. I went there despite what ppl/reviews said BUT EVERYONE WAS RIGHT ABOUT THEM I will never go back to them EVER!

The guy behind the counter actually kicked me out and cursed at me asking about a price! Talk about lack of a professionalism! I came in to cut a copy of my car key (I already had the blank)made and he said it would be 45 dollars. It is reasonable to wonder how a door key costs $2 and a car key costs over 20 times more. Immediately he got on the defensive and offered no explanation and kicked me out of the store. Cross the street and have it done at Dale Earnhart Chevrolet, they'll charge you $30, there's free coffee, and they won't treat you like a criminal for asking questions.

Needed a duplicate key for a Japanese car; price quoted was price charged. Quick and very friendly service.

very rude i have been trying to get a key programmed and every time i go up there or call it is a different story they are so rude its like they dont wont nobody's business the owner and the girl that works there

David the owner damages everything he touches. He rips u off and prices and highway robbery! He has no personal skills and made deragatory statements at me and was very mean can tell he doesn't like certain people. I will never do business here again and I want to warn other people to stay away as he has no customer service skills and will argue with the customer cause he thinks he's always right. Take ur business elsewhere

The man came to our door and didn't say anything just stood there, didn't introduce himself, didn't say who he represented - I had to figure it out. Again when he was rekeying, no communication as to how long it would take or anything. When he was done he left the bill which was $60 more than quoted because he rekeyed twice the amount that we wanted or expected! I think these people could use help with their service people in how to communicate effectively, what exactly they are going to do, and how much each lock will cost.

The girl they sent out to us was on a personal phone call the whole time complaining about her mom renting from the owner of the company. Cussed like a sailor the entire time! Very rude and emotional.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this business. They lie about their prices. I was told $100, then $75. I paid $80.00 for a poorly cut key that wouldn't even enter my ignition and they refused to give me my money back. The owner said he would "be losing money" if he refunded me and the lady receptionist offered to call the sheriffs office twice when I wouldn't drop the matter. No regard whatsoever for their customers or students which they claim they "proudly serve".

My husband locked my key in my car this weekend so he called this company to open my car. They told us $50.00 over the phone but after they opened my car they charged us $60.00. The argued that they would never have told us $50.00. Also they arrived much later than they said they would citing an emergency call came in. I will never call this company again. And I suggest you don't either!
