I have used Davids appliance several time since moving to Sequim a year ago. He is very thorough, identified the problem and repaired the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very happy with their services - highly recommend.

Called them and told them I had an OLD freezer in my garage that ran but quit cooling. Was told they would fix it with up to an hours labor for $80. Then more for labor thereafter if needed. Sounded good on an old green freezer worth under $100. Within a few minutes of his arrival I was told my freezer had a coolant leak. A monkey could have told me that! Then that the coolant was so expensive at some $900 a canister! Basically it's not worth fixing my old freezer! This was determined by him in 5 minutes and without even pulling out a single tool! The repairman seemed so jovial about all of this as he handed me a bill for nearly $90 with tax! I mentioned that seemed excessive for his 5 minutes of time, but he would not budge on his price at all! He knew very well he would not be able to fix my freezer prior to accepting the job and should have warned me of that possibility! But he wanted my money instead. He basically ripped me off without lifting 1 tool! Beware this crook!

Somehow they were able to find the control board we needed to get our fridge up and running and installed it at 6pm on a Fri night-when the Seahawks were playing! We are so happy!

Called David to address a leaking pump on our 8-yr old Whirlpool dishwasher in Sequim. He had to order a replacement part, but he was prompt with obtaining the replacement and quick to install it.We can recommend him without reservation.
