We had been a customer for 25 years and never had a problem when the 2nd generation owned and operated the business. Now that the 3rd generation has taken over that all has changed. He charged me for work he didn't do. Tried to claim he came when we weren't home, but we have video surveillance that proved otherwise. When I politely suggested he may have been mistaken he became threatening and belligerent. Was offended that I felt the need to check up on him. We found another arborist that is more honest and less arrogant.

This 3-generation tree business is as honest and excellent as there is. They respond immediately to emergencies, the crew is knowledgeable and courteous, the clean up afterward, and all the work is first rate. Plus, the prices are always fair.

Horrible customer service . A answering machine takes calls and the owner doesn't reply. I called to ask for him to trim a tree he had cut a few branches off and no response. He did know how to call for a check. When I told him how I felt he never tried to rectify the issue. Shame on him. Now he wants money and is taking me to court. I am in sales and if I treated my customers this way, I would have none. Has he heard of repeat business.

we don't know who wrote that bogus first 'review', but we so highly recommend Dave's Tree Service that we are sure that other listing should be removed, pronto. our trees have been expertly shaped, pruned, and our grounds cleaned to a whistle. we received excellent communication, work, and pricing from gracious, professional, highly trained gentlemen, and again, highly recommend this company.
