Very disappointed. The technician smelled of alcohol, and left the washer in several pieces when he left. I had another service center come in to do the job for 1/3 the price. When I complained to the general manager about one of his techs coming to my home, smelling of alcohol and leaving the washer not put back together he told me "there's nothing that can be done" which totally blew my mind. PLEASE find another service center to deal with! And on a human level, I desperately hope the techician who came to my home can find the help he needs in dealing with this disease.

My oven broke a few days before I was hosting 75+ people for a graduation party. Dave went above and beyond to make sure I had an oven for my party. The day of my party Dave installed the part that was ordered to fix my oven but the part came in broken. A few hours before my party was to begin Dave came back to my house with a loaner stove. Now that is amazing customer service! My guests were so impressed with that level of service. My party was a success and I will always be a loyal customer of Dave's Appliance Repair.

I called Dave's to get my almost 10 year old washer fixed. I was torn between replacing it and repairing it. The technician came out found the problem and was able to get it fixed. A little pricy but worth every penny. I ended up saving money by not having to replace my washer. Great service from the first call to the repair.

I wish I had researched this company prior to inviting them to my house. One of the worst experiences for my wife. Still have not received a call back from Dave after many attempts to clarify invoice and payment. We still have a non working dryer, with parts left on our doorstep. Normally would not take the time to write a review, but feel you should use caution when looking at them for service. Most reviews on their company site as well as many other have the same consistent negative trend.

my husband is very mechanically inclined so he asked me to call Dave's to get a new belt for our dryer. Lucky me they had the exact part we needed in stock! It was at the desk waiting for me when I arrived! Thanks Julie for all your help!

after Sears being a "no show" I called Dave's for my broken dryer. They got me on for the next day. One thing thats nice is they have early appointments so I didn't have to miss work. I got a call so I knew they were on their way. Put a drop cloth down and cleaned up, I wouldn't have even known they were there. Great job!

Called Monday morning to fix my freezer, had my freezer fixed by Monday afternoon! Great Job!

I went to the office to pick up a motor coupling for my washer, my husband was going to replace it for me. My husband tried to put it in and he ran into trouble. I called Julie at the office and made an appointment to have a tech come and replace it for my husband. They came out the next day replaced the motor coupling, I even had a coupon from the phone book. Thanks again!

Called Dave's to see if they carried filters for my fridge. I'd rather patronize a local business than give my money to Lowe's or Home Depot. Ashley was able to have the parts in the office later that day! Very satisfied!

I called Dave's after waiting for another repair company to repair my ice maker for the second time. Dave's showed up right on time when they said they would, and fixed it correctly the first time. The next time I will save time and money and just call Dave's first!

Called the office for my washing machine not spinning. Called on a Friday morning and had my appointment set up for Saturday morning. Service was great, prompt, and clean. Will definitely use again!

I was a little reluctant calling Dave's based on some of the negative reviews, but boy am I glad I ended up calling them to repair my dryer. The dryer was making a weird sound when it was drying and not getting really hot. So when the technician came out he was able to figure out what was going on and fix it. While he was repairing the dryer he noticed that I had so much lint in the vent! It could have started a fire! He gladly cleaned out the vent of all the built up lint! Now my dryer is drying much more efficiently and quietly!

I called Dave's appliance yesterday because my oven just didn't seem to be getting hot. Thank goodness they were able to get me on the schedule at 6:30 am! Which works for me as I had a doctors appointment I couldn't reschedule. The tech was right on time! He was able to fix the baking element very quickly! I would definitely use Dave's again!

The washer lid got stuck down with all my clothes inside the day before we leave for vacation! I got an appointment that day! Ed the tech fixed the washer and saved the day! He even had the parts on his truck, no waiting for replacement parts! Thanks again!

I had been noticing that my dishwasher isn't cleaning and making a really loud noise I spoke to the office and they set up an appointment. My technician Ed came out. He was able to clean it out and replace a part the was making noise. Ed the tech was very nice a great asset to the company.

I called Dave's Appliance repair emergently as I woke up to our freezer/refrigerator not working, having a newborn at home and pumped milk in the freezer my wife was panicking. Called the office and spoke to Julie and she got the technician out to my house that same morning! The tech Dave B. came and fixed it and we were able to save all the milk! A special thank you to Julie and Dave B.!

I called the office and spoke to Julie about ordering baking/ heating element for my oven, I was figuring that they would have to order it, but they had it in stock! I really like to patronize the small businesses in our area and will be glad to recommend Dave's appliance repair in the future!

I was nervous calling Dave's Appliance based on the reviews but those negative reviews are not accurate at all. I received excellent customer service from start to finish! I called the office and set up an appointment to have my wine cooler/refrigerator repaired. I got scheduled the next day. The office called to inform me the tech was on his way. He fixed the wine refrigerator and was on his way! I was very impressed with the technician and office staff. I recommend Dave's to all my friends and family!
