APRIL 2014 - Termites are back - Obviously I am going to use someone else.



April 2012 -We had termite treatment. We have 2 large cement patios and a porch which needed to be drilled through for treatment. During the estimate I was told they have the best "cover-up" for the drilled holes. The holes are "covered" with what appears to be a gray caulk. It does not completely cover or fill-in all the holes. In some locations it is nonexistent. I called and Dave and he said since his partner had left and he was completing this part of the job by himself. Since he was solo the liquid cement must have dried before he was able to cover with sand mixture. I asked if I am stuck and he said I guess so. Looks awful. I had other homes which the cement was covered and the holes were barely noticeable. If you have a porch, patio, driveway or any cement I would use someone else. Hopefully the termites are gone.

Prompt and excellent service. Set traps in attic that trapped the 2 squirrels (within the first few days). Sealed around bottom of aluminum siding were there were openings and under steps to kitchen to prevent any new entries. Inspected all around the house and the cellar. Set mouse traps. Kind, courteous and knew what he was doing. Includes a 30 and 60 day check. We no longer have any rodent problem. Highly recommended for any exterminator needs!

While trimming our cherry tree, my husband noticed a small, active hornets nest. The next day, we began calling services for estimates to have it removed. We were shocked at how expensive (one quote was $400) it was going to be to get rid of it. I called Dave and explained that it was easily accesible from the ground and that it was not very large yet. He gave us a reasonable and fair quote and came out that day to spray. He returned the next day (as promised) to remove it and take it away. No hornets have returned (thankfully!). I hope we do not need a pest control service again in the near future, but if we do, we will definitely use Dave Bilyk Exterminators--I would definitely recommend Dave to my friends.

This company spends too much time and money on their marketing and writing fake 5 star reviews, but their customer service sucks. Not only that he called me Monica (which is not my name), he said he was busy doing something and will call back in 10 minutes. Well, he never called back, and this just tells me to stay away from this company.

The customer service was excellent; Dave explained in a very professional way what he was going to do. After placing the traps for the squirrels that made a "home" in my house Dave was, prompt responding to all calls to dispose of the squirrels. As he said, “whatever time it takes, I will be coming back until all the squirrels are gone or trapped.” Price is reasonable if you take in to account the time you have to spend dealing with the squirrels, buying traps, and taking off from work to deal with the squirrel infestation. I highly recommend Dave Bilyk Exterminators.

I had termite issues. Dave came in and knew exactly what to do and how to treat it. He also quoted me a price that was HALF of what another guy quoted me last year. He's a fantastic exterminator and really treats pests like an evil enemy! :). I highly recommend this guy.

I have had a mouse problem in my attic for years now. We have had no issues in the main part of house but you could hear the mice all night long in the attic. I have tried several of the bigger companies and they really do not do the right things and the issue just continues with out any stoppage. I called Dave and he immediatly saw where they were coming in and plugged the passage with copper mesh. He also set several traps inside the house along with outside.



That very night was the last I heard any movement in the attic!!! Dave has since been by to check on things and all was satisfactory.

We had a very large hornets nest in a tree in front of our house. We called Terminix and were quoted an outrageous fee and were being pressured into a contract with them. We called Dave and he was here within hours. He was a Rock Star! He took care of our problem in no time at a fraction of the cost of Terminix and even included a guarantee. We will definitely use him again and recommend him.

Found flying little bugs taking over a vacant apartment. Went to yellow book.com and found several in the area. Contacted Orkin and was quoted at least $250. and no service until the next day. Then found Dave Bilyk. Showed up in one hour, treated the problem and saved $65. from Orkins quote. Very professional, neat and organized. Did a Great Job.

Professional & reliable with quick results. My issue was with several squirrels nesting in my roof. Mr. Bilyk came out to set the trap and within the hour, to my surprise, a squirrel was captured. This process was repeated until my roof was squirrel free!! I would highly recommend Mr. Bilyk's services.
