This is a very unprofessional business. They essentially lurk and patrol apartment building parking lots and tow visitor or residents cars. I had a visitor that parked in front of a visitor parking sign and they towed them without contacting us, without the apartment building contacting us, and without the police contacting us. They're cash only and will charge you $275 to get your car back. Better get there before 4pm or your out of luck. We genuinely didn't know if the car got stolen or something happened to it because again no one contacted us and they literally just ripped the car out of a parking lot that was 3/4ths empty.They essentially enjoy ripping people off. We showed up and the front desk worker was extremely unprofessional, could not answer our questions properly ot explain the process of getting your car back. We were told to find the pens near the pizza boxes to sign to get the car back was so strange there were couches in the office and someone's dog was jumping on us. The place itself is super sketchy looking, full of pot holes, is unpaved, and is not a place id visit alone. Really awful place to do business with. They're definitely out here to make a quick buck. Such a scummy place. You'd have to be a bad person to want to run a business like this. They kept no record of the towing process, didn't notify anyone involved (inlcuding the police and apartment complex) and left no paper trail as we were forced to pay in cash.

Most horrid place to ever try to deal with.. called for a tow, sent a truck to tow unit and the truck showed up, put my unit on back and then got stopped by local authorities minutes later for no brake lights, no safety chains or tie downs what so ever. recvd call saying they only made it half mile before being stopped, told us they would not let us take our unit back unless we still paid them for the tow even thought they did not tow it for us and they refused to drop our unit.. told us if they had to send another truck out to "do the tow properly" we would need to pay a second tow fee????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????????? BY FAR THE WORST CROOKS EVER!!! PAID FOR A TOW THAT NEVER HAPPENED DUE TO THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT, WHO THE HELL DOES THAT?

Dan's City autobody does NOT give you a good paint service.. The paint on my car lasted only 4 months and it started pealing. When I asked the owner Dan Genest if he can do something of the bad work he did, he gave me a bad attitude. The ugly blonde secretary has even a bigger attitude. Once you pay Dan, then his attitude changes. He could really care less about customer service. His finals word to me was F### off. Stay away from these people, they are the worst of the worst.

The people who work here are so sweet. I had gotten into a car accident a couple months ago, not thinking I would be able to afford it, but the owner Dan gave me a great price! He was so nice to me and my husband on the phone. My car was done in record time. I will always come here to get my cars worked on. They are nothing but nice people that work here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Dan's City Towing pulled up to my daughter's car that was off the road. They informed her that the NH State police called to have her car towed. She has AAA and told them that AAA was on the way. She told them that she had no money to pay them and that they were taking her car! The AAA wrecker showed up and that tampon string wrecker driver told AAA to leave. Luckily the NH State Patrol showed up and run their azzes off!!! I talked with the state patrol and they told me that NO ONE DISPATCHED THEM!!! They are not even on the state police rotation!!! Apparently talking with AAA Dan's City towing is no longer a contractor for them!!! I will be on the phone FCC to report this matter! Anyone that would take advantage of an 18 yr old female ought to be shot!!! You just messed with the wrong truck driver!!!

these guys are awful, they overcharge on everything!! for a less then 10 mi tow they charged me $315. they made sure they didn't tell me this till after it was all said and done. at that point its pay or it goes to collections.
