I tried to rate this under my actual storage site but the pull down meu provided doesn't even acknowledge that they have facilities in VA although they have at least three or four sites. I have stored items for several years in their Herndon facility on Wall Rd. In the last two years I have only been over there twice. The first time I found dead rodents and remnants of D-con in my unit. I had to throw out two area carpets as a result. Last week I went over to to assess my property and found that many of the boxes including a cedar lined trunk were damp and musty smelling. There is no body of water nearby and no liquid was in my unit. I had wool clothing in the trunk that will all need to be dry cleaned to get rid of the smell and the trunk will probably need to be thrown away. When I told the manager in the office about it she said there was nothing she could do about it. I won't be renting here any longer.
