Family-owned Custom Pools, Inc. was one of just nine spa and pool dealers nationwide inducted into the inaugural AQUA 100 Hall of Fame in 1996 based on Custom Pools' making the top 100 list for five or more consecutive years. AQUA, the business magazine for spa and pool professionals, recognized Custom Pools as one of the top dealers in the industry and honored us for consistently maintaining superior customer service, product knowledge, store design, quality craftsmanship and professional promotion.

Custom Pools, Inc. has also been awarded the Service Star by the Minnesota Council for Quality. In addition to the Service Star, we were honored at the annual Governor's Luncheon and presented with a Certificate of Commendation signed by the governor. This award is bestowed to Minnesota businesses and organizations who provide exceptional service to their customers; it exists to promote the value of excellent customer service. The Minnesota Council for Quality grants this award only to those organizations that represent Minnesota as "quality second to none," and Custom Pools is honored to have been selected.
