I'll tell you what! This place rocks! We needed some trailer parts that we were having trouble finding anywhere else. Not only did they find the items, they installed them for an awesome price! You have just gained a customer for life!

WORST customer service. Would never go back again. They are rude, to the point that they feel they are doing you a favor! They quote one price and charge another. If you want to feel like an important customer do no go to this place!

Had a trailer loaded and ready to get on I75 to Illinois when we noticed the trailer lights were going crazy (constant blinking on one side). Called my brother who lives locally and who has used Custom Hitch for parts for his small trailer, and he gave us directions to get there.We arrived and waited for them to open, yes it was that early, and when they heard what the problem was, a young man was sent out with a hand held device that he used to trouble shoot the problem. Our truck was a 2001 truck with only 30,000 miles on it, but the trailer was a "lead sled" horse trailer from the early 1970's. Darned if that kid didn't look at every possible electrical lead, harness and bulb socket - getting us fixed in under an hour and back on the road for under $50. total!!!We had a safe trip to Illinois and not a single problem with our lights the whole way. Thanks guys.

Unresolved complaint

Very Very Slow, lots of excuses

Takes weeks to get anything done. Don't believe what they tell you. Don't give them deposit.
