This company does not provide customer service for the small homeowner. They are extremely undependable and pricy. We had a line of 12 trees put in and signed and prepaid a maintenance contract as we are not always in town. On the first visit all trees had died and the yard was a mess. On the second go 3 out of 12 survived as once again the yard was not maintained. On the third try no one showed up. Waiting was measured in weeks. If you can please stay away otherwise expect disappointments.
