Horrible. Excuses, lies, the run around, bs...car not fixed and now my warrenty is up so im really screwed. Had they cared enough to fix it right the first time i would not be in the situation i am right now! I could go on and on with details but theres no point im too upset.

I have used this shop for many years and will recommend it to anyone. Joe and the Cumberland family are good people and very skilled at what they do. Theyre prices are very good and workmanship is in my opinion, above average.

Good people, good service, and will continue to use them.

Do yourself a favor and don't drive all he way to their undesirable location in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood in Lebanon. I have made two visits to their establishment and was somewhat satisfied for their efforts in completing my first repair; however, I had to bring the vehicle back for a follow-up noise which was audible within a week after the repair. My vehicle, which happens to be a limited production Corvette, was returned with a hood release which was damaged due to it being not being disengaged properly, and my $1200 nitrous oxide system was tampered with and returned with an empty bottle which was nearly half full upon delivery. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I will definitely do my research ahead of time the next time I have a vehicle in need of repair. I would have appreciated a simple explanation for at least the hood release, but sometimes good, honest help is sometimes hard to find. In need of a vehicle repair?....avoid this business at all costs.

I do not know what is the previous reviewers problem or beef-as he/she does not provide information. I have used these people many times and have been more than satisfied. They have worked on my vehicles and done work at reasonable prices. They could not fix a problem with my classic MBZ and did not charge me. The MBZ dealer took over two months to find that problem. If I have problem after work done they will make it right. Very good service at reasonable prices. They are honest and will do it right, they want you to be satisfied.
