Provided by YP.comThe Yellow Pages ad for CTS Heating and Cooling is deceiving. This company presents itself in an attractive way with a picture of a family of four trusting this company's service. We placed our trust in this company and we were burned!! If you do use this company for service, be sure to use a credit card so you have consumer protection!
CTS Heating and Cooling is a licensed and bonded company in good standing with the R.O.C.in the state of Arizona and has never had a single complaint charge on file. With out us knowing the nature of this review or in fact if this is one of our customers we can not comment on the situation. It is our goal to ensure that our customers are satisfied. And If this was brought to our attention we would have tried to resolve the issue.
