What a great experience! Karen spent a lot of time finding a cruise that fit my budget and lifestyle. She made sure I was comfortable with my choice and offered to answer questions any time, even after I completed my reservation! It's nice to be able to contact her past 6pm if I need to - she never rushes me through anything. I will use her again and recommend her to all my friends and family!
