My name is Glenda and I went on Friday, 12/11\15 to get my hair braided by Soukaye and there was another girl there by the name of Maira who did not tell me that she was not Soukaye. This was my first visit and I had three pictures of the style that I wanted that included the back,front,and the side. Maira did total opposite of what I wanted, not only that I told her the style was way too tight while she was braiding my hair and she told me that it was because I have not had my hair braided in a while and the pain would leave in two days. Today is day two and I have been taking aspirin for the last two days. Not only that but my scalp is bleeding!!!! I called Maira begging her to fix it or give me my refund for $240. Which is way too much for French braids. I called and asked for the price before hand but she would not give it to me. She charged me $10 per bag of hair and she did not use it all. This experience was the worst. My scalp is vleeding, I did not get the hair style I requested, and I was seriously overcharged.I have attached photos of what I asked for, what I got instead, and my raw scalp. The focus is not strong enough to see the blood at the root of my hair follicles.
