Incredibly professional, reasonably priced shippers. I had some valuable pieces of art collected (on date and time they said), crated and shipped, internationally, to France. There were various delays, on my side, and the director was very patient with me, kind and understanding. The crates that arrived in France were strong wood, screwed together, inside my art and breakables were wonderfully placed, supported and balanced. They did not move around, at all, any gaps were filled wi strong foam heavy items secured down. Not a single item was damaged nor broken. Their prices are very competitive and positively inexpensive when compared to Fed-Ex or similar. When both myself and the international group of shippers lost the necessary documents I required to clear customs, Clarke and his team Fed-exed me the copies in record time so that I could collect the shipment without delay. Thank you Clarke and everyone there for an incredible job and caring about your customer.
