Although they did come out on the agreed date and performed part of the proposed job, the stump grinder broke so they said they would return after it was fixed. There was some difficulty in determining when they would return to complete the work resulting in waiting for two days for them to show. Then they came when no one was home, ground the stump, but left probably several hundred pounds of wood debris in the center of the yard. The company's response was that the mound would eventually level and then my father could resod. MY father is on a fixed budget and had no intention to resod and the large mound of debris was simply clogging the lawn and would eventually kill the lawn if not removed. The agreement was to completely remove all remnant of the tree including the trunk and rake the yard clean. I would expect that the company would honor their word and not burden a 80-year man financially and emotionally with having to hire another company to remove the debris.

UPDATE: After several calls and emails the company came back to my fathers house and removed the debris. Overall the company did a good job just ensure that you communicate you expectation regarding the woodchips/mulch with the company
