Correct Tek has been our copier servicer for several years and we wouldn’t consider utilizing any other company. Our copier/fax is in constant use. No other firm has provided us with the competent, fair, and timely service that we’ve received from Correct Tek. I strongly recommend Correct Tek for copier repair, supplies, and sales. Will Lazar will make sure your down time is minimized and will keep that function of your company operating smoothly.

Correct-Tek was the only copy repair place that could get parts for my Lanier copier. I will be using them from now on. Service and communication are good.

This is my new copy service! After two other companies told me that the alarm number I was getting meant I might as well replace my copier, Will was able to order the parts and repair it at a reasonable price and within a few days!

Best copier repair man in the state. I rarely need my copier fixed since Bill fixes it right the first time. I have an older copier and Bill got it run like new. I've made tens of thousands of copies on my old Toshiba after Bill fixed it. I won't call anyone else but Bill. Daniel Kamen, D.C.

I would definitely recommend Correct-Tek service. I've used this company on several occasions and have been totally satisfied with the work. Will is very nice, returns calls promptly and schedules service within a day or so. Pricing is fair and reasonable!

My Canon broke down and I was desperately trying to find a technician to come next day. Against all my rules I went on Google to find Correct Tek and scheduled an appointment for next day after explaining the urgency of the situation. In the line of work that I am, I cant even survive a day without my copier.

Will was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and ordered the part for me . The price was absolutely reasonable. He even offered to give me one of his printers to use for back up until mine is fixed.

My copier was fixed few days later.

I also purchased a Konica Minolta from the company and the price was unbelievable for the quality of the copier. I did a complete research before buying it and couldn’t find a better deal.

I have been in business for over 5 years and worked with few other companies prior to finding Correct Tek and can assure you that very rarely you can get excellent customer service and reasonable price as a package.
