He took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of our questions, tell us about maintance as well! Provided by YP.comI communicated with Troy several times and he was very patient to explain every detail of how my system works, and how to care for it in the future. My system was full of roots and other debris from the previous owners of my home. Troy, Will and Uncle Ernie all worked hard to get my system back into shape. They are all very knowledgeable. Some companies only pump septic tanks, but Cooper's can do whatever is needed to make your system work efficiently. I will definitely call them for all septic tank issues in the future.

Provided by YP.comCooper Septic Service came out quickly to diagnose our problem. They explained everything in a manner in which was easily understood. We quickly were emailed an invoice and set up our appointment. They came out exactly at the appointment time. Even having to excavate my yard there was very minimal damage done to my yard. We will definitely use them again if and when the need arises.

I called cooper septic from overseas, I am US NAVY stationed in the middle east, and they were able to work around all types of communication differences that I had to fix my problem. Provided by YP.comMr. Melvin Cooper is amazing and pumped my septic tank in Madisonville only a couple of hours after I contacted him on a Friday morning! Other companies weren't able to get to my job until Mon. and I was in a rush. He recognized the urgency of my problem and responded with extremely quick service and was professional and courteous.
