Gave an honest and experienced quote over the phone. Showed up for same day appointment on time. Was pleasant and informative when explaining preventative measures for future upkeep. Will recommend to others.

Repaired sliding glass door. Had to lean back and use our body weight to open the sliding door. They were prompt and professional. Fixed for less then quoted. Replaced all old steel parts and rollers with stainless steel parts. We can open the sliding door with our finger tips now. Great work and super nice guy. Highly recommend Complete Window Service for all window and door repairs.

Called them and made an appointment to fix a window and a door, and guess what, they never showed up! They didn't even call to say they couldn't make it or that they would be late. Complete silence! The silence of poor service and lack of professionalism...
